"March of Mephisto" is the opening track on their 2005 album "The Black Halo". The growling vocals are done by Shagrath from Dimmu Borgir. You also just listened to a lyric video which includes the full song. There's an official video (which is standard definition, being from 2005) that is a radio edit of the song that removes the keyboard solo there in the middle.
I grew up loving music because of my sister and mom ,my sister listened everything from 80’s Metal,60’s and 70’s Metal,60’s and 70’s Rock like Grateful Dead,The Doors,Jimi Hendrix etc..Hip hop/Rap,and my mom listened to 1950’s and 60’s rock and country so I listened to it all growing up

Kamelot are amazing, checking out anything from the albums "Epica" and "The Black Halo" would be a good starting point. The live clips from their dvd "One Cold Winter's Night" are worthwhile too, damn near flawless live performance.
I would love if you'd reacted to Kamelot's *Epica* album. The Black Halo album is amazing and it's really popular; however Epica, in my opinion, is the true masterpiece and contains songs that are really unique and reactionworthy. For example, Lost & Damned is one of the most astounding power metal songs ever released.
Thank you for doing this one - one of my favorite Kamelot songs! Especially that you did the full length album version, with the very cool solo by Jens Johansson. The Black Halo is also one of their best albums, IMO.

Hey Kel n Ric, love your channel :-). For your consideration, Steve Morse- The Introduction (studio version). I like to call his style prog-country-rock, so it should fit into your criteria. This song is extracted from The Black Halo, the second episode-album based on "Faust" by Goethe. The first one was Epica. Two masterpiece by Kamelot btw. Ps: please react to Sonata Arctica - White Pearl, Black Ocean (live in Finland).

This is the first cut on the album "The Black Halo." This album, and the one preceding it (Epica), together are parts I and II of an entire story (inspired by Goethe's "Faust"). The lyrics here would be easier to comprehend when taken in context with both albums and the story. Look up both albums on Wikipedia for the plot, and then check the songs' lyrics to see how musically well written they are within the framework of the story. The video of this song, from the Sweden Rock 2006 performance, got me to be a big fan of Kamelot. I have "The Black Halo" album cover tattooed on my right deltoid. The guys in the band love it, and it even got shown on their "Live in Tilburg DVD.
the growler in the song is shagarath from dimmu borgir. Roy Khan (according to an interview with him) was told to ask shagarath to do the song, he was terrified to make the call as he didnt know him. they only come from the same contry :) they are both norwegian :)

Camelot but only with Roy Khan... The master of emotion in front man when expressing his songs on stage is awesome. The other guy that sings with them now, he's awesome just not singing Camelot songs. I like him in his original band, they are phenomenal musicians... Basically a foreign band like Dream Theater quality type musicians... And he's a lot better with his band then when he joined kamelot. Do you want to see awesome unbelievable perfection equal to the Pinnacle of all Perfection concerts and literally flawless... Floor Jansen with Nightwish 2013 wacken Festival... Check out Camelot when Roy Khan was with them called, a cold Winter's Night in his hometown of Oslo Finland
Where are you guys?!? I hope you’re alright!
you definitely need to listen to Draconian 😊 they have so many wonderful melodic songs with deep lyrics. might start with "Bloodflower" or "Stellar Tombs"
#Kamelot #LostAndDamned or #Kamelot #SoulSociety
Great reaction, Khan is a legend. #Myrath - Believer. Hope you like it
#Painofsalvation King of loss, (incredibly beautiful prog)
BOOOOO YAAAHHHHHH !!!!!...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...SHAGRATH THE LEAD SINGER FROM DIMMU BORGIR IS FEATURED HERE ...AWESOME
Frank Zappa - Inca Roads (A Token Of His Extreme)
I'd have tons of request but to leave a good first impression, I'll suggest "Black Diamond" by Stratovarius that or "Unbreakable"
Could you please react to #Karnivool - Themata? It's an Australian progressive rock/metal band that could be apparented to Tool. Thank you.
