Turn by turn is great addition. But i think, that without Gilgameh deck would be better) Thena is super good, took 100 with NoLoki deck with her today

What can I put in Gilgamesh place?
You could go with another big 5 cost like Spiderwoman, she's slightly smaller than Gilgamesh but should be fine. Shang Chi is also fine if you're seeing a lot of big cards in your pocket meta, but he won't help you every time (:
