The Real estate Company state 1.5m Naira for the Land, and some greedy agent saying 4m but 50% makes it 2m...lol you wonder an illiterate want to buy an estate land right/ ?? Kudos to the guy that made the tour..however you need smart people to do the pitch, not marketer like that lady! Kudos
