This horn arrived in excellent condition, needing very little work. This has a very desirable medium bow that giving this horn impeccable intonation and response. The bottom bow is free from dents, and the original neck shows no signs of pull-down or damage. The American engraving shines through the original dark cellulose lacquer, adding to its stunning visual appeal. The serial number dates this horn to 1966, when it was hand-crafted in Paris, France. It contains a mix of newer and older pads, all of which have been thoroughly checked to ensure a perfect seal. This particular serial range of altos is known for its exceptional playability, being very close to the number of David Sanborn’s Favorite Mark VI altos!

The best, it's just a pity that no factory can produce it today. Even the Selmer factory. Until now, I thought that the F# valve prevented good sound in the Mark VI model. This copy sounds beautiful!
It sings
John, what mpc and reed and ligature are you using? Thanks for the info, Octavio
Looks like a Morgan Excalibur and a Rovner Dark, but reed/chamber/facing who knows
Supreme , axos and signature are not French anymore.
