Terry Ryan joined Prime Time Sports to discuss his book about his time as a Montreal Canadiens first-round prospect and the reason behind him sharing his story.

If you check out the players Montreal had on their teams in the late 90s/early 2000s,they made huge mistakes not bringing in their younger AHL talent. A bunch of the guys who put up over a ppg or close to,never got a true chance from Montreal,and they ruined alot of careers. They should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when the NHL teams they had were garbage. But...leave it to Montreal to make poor decisions. They literally will go down in history as making some of the worst moves/personale choices ever.

Think they shot the Lord Of The Rings movies over there. That Gandolf sure had a long beard, as hairy as a dog, like the one I had, a labrador I got from Moose Factory, you know the place that Cheechoo is from? Great guy, we used to shoot darts on Wednesdays at the One-Eyed Owl, a great bar at the corner of Main and 2nd, owned by Chris Tanner I think his name is, and he used to wear polka-dotted dresses ever time there was a full moon..." GET TO THE POINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When he played for the Tri-City Americans, I adored this man. He was always so down to earth and friendly.
