It is wonderful to see you work the dough this way. My dearest grandmother did this for us using apples and cinnamon with sugar and small amount of flour. We are Hungarians. The ways to work this dough we also use to make our “strudel”... I will one day get the courage to do this myself! But, I will watch you do it many many times first! I will have my daughter with me when I am trying to also learn the method. I have my grandma’ rolling rods she had three of them! Al thicker and thinner but, as long as your own. Thank you for blessing me and helping me feel her so close to me in my older age! I had to cry from this beauty! Tibor 🙏
