Eversince I got into VRC I've spent less & less time in other VR applications to the point I rarely boot anything else up when I put on my headset... that said riffxr looks amazing and definatley has the potential to atleast equal VRC

It looks great and the AI stuff is neat but everything else is very early alpha stuff. No physics interactions, picking up the only available thing (guns) is very meh, walking is slow, no jumping etc. Hopefully they will extend on this but right now it's basically a tech demo for AI npcs.

Yep! There’s a full sdk, you can even transfer your avatar for vrchat over to riff

very dependent on Openai, in practice this is yet not affordable for any Company, the costs behind the prompts are not even nearby the payable value for a subsciption, so if OpenAi Decides to Change things either they need to host AI themselfs which is very expensive or they cant operate anymore.

@@gingasvr ah ok, still very expensive, even the lower scaled AI models run pretty hot on a 4090, even with Workstationcards the Powerconsumption per Promt is messurable in Cents depending on Quality
