She says that bww seasoning isn’t salt.. it has 310 mgs of sodium per 1/2 tbsp. So yeah it has quite a bit of sodium in it.. it’s mostly salt. She probably uses at least a tbsp per half cucumber. Given that the daily recommended intake of sodium is 1500 with a max of 2300 people have a right to be worried about her sodium intake. That sauce alone probably has 3x the amount of recommended sodium intake. She may very well be perfectly fine right now but it will catch up to her. Whether it’s hypertension, heart problems, cholesterol, etc.
His Queen of The Nile yup smh and I hate when people say it’s just haters.. it’s not hate people are just genuinely concerned about her well being and the fact that she is telling 2 million people that it’s ok to eat like that. This may seem extra but I like to prove my point.. I went back to her sauce recipe video and calculated how much sodium is in the sauce. 4626 mgs of sodium for a half portion! That’s insane.. and she consumes it multiple times a week. That’s not ok
