I read many comments. When there is only one hand to do all works,when there are small kids,and when Noone helps you in house works and she or he is working also means any job for earnings then it's not possible to clean kitchen regularly. In some cases urban clap is helpful. I am going to try it first time after watching reviews.
I clean my kitchem myself everyweekend since 20 years..it takes 2 to 3 hours..if done regularly...

Do Urban clap people empty all the kitchen cupboards and after cleaning do they put back all of thd things in the cupboard.
Removing things from kitchen is an add-on service(need to book seperately) not included in kitchen cleaning ..and as per their regulation ,they recommend you to place items on your own, professionals can help if needed after your permission.
Note- Arranging items after cleaning is recommended after 30mins of cleaning so that smell of chemicals get vanish and wet area can get dry.

Yes,You have to remove everything on your own.
We wash taps daily several times. no need of chemical soap detergent is enough

Yes they do
Did you pay them extra for stove, windows, chimney???(selected from add ones)
No extra charges, everything was part of kitchen area in 1450/-(Stove and chimney by default comes under kitchen and window was in kitchen so they cleaned )

After watching reviews we decided to engage them for toilets and kitchen as Diwali is approaching . Though they are being cleaned on daily basis .We booked for 9am they came at 9.40 am.Then he brought another person non UC one .What is the safety then .Then he wanted money to be transferred to his account directly and not in UC for which we refused . We paid for intense cleaning ,which is higher than deep cleaning ,3 thousand + rupees .Then they left taps ,geyser knobs , towel hangings, mirrors ,windows ... I had to request them to do it as it was included in intense but they said we have not done in any house and wasted half an hour contacting UC which said do it .Then disgruntly they did it but only 50 to 60 percent.But UC had not given customers phone numbers to contact them . UC is expensive than others and we were fooled by seeing incorrect videos in which UC as best .Please post my comment to UC

Hi sir , Gas stove ka uppar ka part open karke clean karte hain aur flame bhi pehle se better fast ho jaati hai cleaning ke baad. Baaki cleaning ke time aapko dekhna padega ki kaise kar rahe hain kaam .

Thank you for sharing this vlog. Kuch questions hai, aapke package mein chimney included tha? Mein jo package dekh raha hunn website pe usmein without chimney likha hai, means woh chimney ko bahar se saaf nahi karenge uske liye alag se payment karni padegi?
Also, saaf safai ke alava main problem toh saaman bahar nikalna aur wapas rakhnae mein hai. 😅 toh uske liye kitna time laga aapko?

Chimney include nhi tha humare package mein, Depends kitechen ke size pe, agar aapne mera Kitchen dekha hai to uske liye morning 8Am se humne start kiya tha aur sab kuch karke 4PM ho gaya tha samaan wapas lagake.

Generally they book for 5hrs and depending upon condition and size of kitchen time varies, in our case it took 3hrs.

Deep kitchen cleaning service agar hai, to khali karna hoga ..agar sirf chimney ya window cleaning hai jarurat nhi khali karne ki sir.

We take extra care(Sanitize them from top to toe even they are more concerned before entering to house and sanitize themselves) when we call someone from outside, moreover they were only working in kitchen area but thank you for concern ,will take Extra care.

Abhi haal hi mai maine bi kitchen cleaning k liye urban co.pany se contact kiya ..vahan se 1 banda aaya..n yakeen maniye uske paas koi bhi modern technuque k tools nahi the..scotch brite n iron brush se hi saari kitchen ki safai ki...vaise hi jaise hum lafies log karte hain..haan vo banda kafi hardwrking tha.6 ghante lag gaye use saari kitchen saaf karne main..but jaise inki ad min dikhate hain k kaisi chamakdaar safai ho jati hai aisa kuch nahi hua...agar ap ke paas time hai to roz k roz agar thodhi thodi safai karein to koi need hi nahi hai....ad main ye log bewakoof banate hain....haan chemical kaafi a ha tha but itna koi change nahi lga so please 🙏 ad k upar mat jaiye...
