I loved that nighttime into sunrise sequence, beautiful! Nice work, John! And, as always, I find you so entertaining and look eagerly forward to each new episode =)
Make your top bars (connection Point) on the cradle a bit longer to move center of gravity back a bit. Cradle should then tip slightly backwards towards operator when loaded.
As mentioned below the top attachment needs to be forward over the center of gravity. Also you fitted your forks upside down. Swap left to right so the top of your fork has a longer flat surface.
Well none of the ladies hit the deck, mission accomplished LOL, those ants having a go cracked me up, they are chasing salty areas - be careful Mark!! Cheers for sharing stay safe!
The top hook has to be extended out further , and may be you could extend the back bars so you load up to 4 boxes at a time . The ant scene made me laugh , take care Peter Victoria.
Looks like you could do with a work light on the end of the crane boom, that way you have light where you are working. Makes it much easier that working off just the small light behind the cab.
Don't the extended bars need turning through 180, seems like as they are they will dig in along the ground. Also seem's like you are finally getting your "shit" together now :-)
move your top hook connection forward over the center of the boxes/pallet rather than bending the bars
Definitely move top hook farther forward . Over middle of the load.
Or even a bit forward of middle, would lean the load back against uprights.
Could be good, could be sh*t we’ll find out together!!! Hahahaha!!! You haven’t said that in a while!!! Made my day!!! LoL!!! 🐝😎
That tip was me. For your Forklift slippers a chain that goes behind upright tube and secure otherside is another tip in Victoria Law.
Ying and yang lol
Sooo funny! At least he didn't get your "ball bag".

You need a red light bulb (infrared light) so the bees will not be attracted to white light when you move them. They should then stay inside the box.
Hello boys, so glad it worked. I had a busy time today turned 3 hives into 6 so had fun doing my first splits.

Over the years I’ve had green head ants and bull ants up the leg of the pants. Never a pleasant, but always a memorable, experience!

Nice truck and crane. Way better than my trolley and brute force.

Looks good to me anything to save your back is a positive thing
Did you make your bee hive loader? It looks neat.
Beautiful

Could you fit some 12 volt LED flood/work lights to the truck to make working at night easier or will that affect the bees at night?
We're working on something like that. If you use red lights they wont react
Bull ants are so much more funny when there in someone else's pants😏
Try counter weights on the handles or below the handles too even out the load.
im just looking at the mount of mosquitos thats hell.
Yeah there was a huge amount. I think they were at the water tank behind us
The forks ??? Upside down !!!
