Nice. That´s why I started to listen to reaction video´s. To get to know new music. I will look up Laura and the Tenors. KEXP used to be my go to for discovering new music who will also tour in the Netherlands and Belgium. But Covid-19 put an end to their super video performances-broadcast.

She learned from her Mom and her Grandpa and UA-cam. It is pretty amazing she has gotten where she has just by sheer talent. I did hear that she had to abandon her 'Big Voice' because it was starting to do damage. So that is why she is singing a bit more subdued. She can still go and get those big notes when called for, just not a steady diet. Laura also has a couple of duets with her younger sister Estera that are pretty nice. Estera is growing into her own voice. P.S. The thing with her with her "big' voice was just a comment I read a while back. Like Laura whispering. She could anytime overpower all boys voices at a time. She sounds amazing even without her operatic voice. This song was written in 2019 especially for Laura by 3 composers, 1 from Germany and 2 from Belgium. No i have not forgotten. Unfortunately many of the cover songs have copyright issues. I have had two videos now removed and taken down with strikes as well. So I have backed off doing reaction videos from this great artist. Having the same issues with Dimash as well.
As of late the Dimash videos are now getting copyright issues. I'm hoping that the label will fix that soon. I received a strike on his last release. I'm so sad.
I like "Breathe" with that Celtic touch, "La Luce" which has a pure Italian sound is my favorite and also Laura's both compositions, "World I See" and "Arrows".
Wait Rock your doing Bretan now?, you just keep climbing higher on my list lol, she doesn't get anywhere near enough attention, her voice has flourished in the last couple years, the weak center of her range is gone now, she is strong from top to bottom. Getting Laura's "Adagio" and "Mary Did You Know" (especially this) in here are a must, they are both world class, she can do pretty much nothing wrong by my ears but Mary is awesome by far. If your inclined at some time throw some Charlotte Summers around, she is also not heard from enough, Jazz is her sweet spot, so much so i have dubbed her "Rat Pack" Summers, Take Me To Church by Hozier comes to mind, not Jazz but she injects it into much of anything she does.
Like this a lot!! Of all the young singers on any of those talent shows I think Laura Bretan has improved the most. And because I like the Tenors, a group who I believe are superior to the other groups who use tenors as a hook including IIl Volo, that is why I really like this.
