I enjoy watching you work. And THANK YOU for making a Valentine's cookie house-- PLUS, showing how to make the top removeable. Are those meringue cookies inside? Yum!

Watch her techniques. I think it must help (haven't tried it yet but I plan to) the way she keeps her hand close to the tip. She does this by closing off the back end of the piping bag AND by only putting a small amount in, then making a gap in the bag between the remaining icing and the part she's working with. Watch closely to see what I mean.

I typically just use flood consistency icing and flood with a wilton tip 3 and use a tip 1 for details ☺️
