This reminds me of a 4v4v4v4 game where I was using them to combo a sweaty team. I placed one on stone as a trap. A minuet later, some one on their team tried to rush ( invis, jump, milk) and the mine, almost on the edge of the island, sent him flying over to the other side and into the void.

When the mines were still there, I came up with the Amongus Trap. It was a small amongus statue with a proximity mine under it.
The enemy would stare at the SUS and not notice the mine!
EDIT: It worked best on bridges.
