You can publish the workbook on Tableau Server and then email the workbook. The recipient could then open it in Tableau Reader. Hope that solves your query.

Dashboard 2 deals with more inside information with respect to categories, sub-categories, revenue and sales with categories and forecasting. Since all these sheets cannot be included in one dashboard, we segregate our information or insights in such a way that it displays information so that viewers can understand it much easier. Sir, i have a small doubt regarding the filled map , for example i want to the mandal names in the filled map how to do....in the option geographic role only state ,city and etc., because i want to show the water level data mandal wise in the district

When I take State measure to Color filter, I don't see the rounded color balls for each state. What could be the issue here?
okay I got it...the country was selected as India instead of US.
