I have ordered one folding door from Pinto dated on 21 Mar 2024. An order placed for delivery 21 days prior was delivered two months later than the scheduled time. The measurement they have taken from the site and the product delivered was entirely different. I have registered several complaints regarding this issue. I'm very disappointed to say that the Pinto's response towards this issue was very poor. They are totally unprofessional and saying some non technical reasons. This is not inline with the commitment Pinto assure to us while we taking the new order. we expect Pinto to have few professional team to support their customers.
