Yo, this is an updated version of the tutorial, showing you how to complete it!
P.S: The grenade trap is slightly buggy, if you're unable to cut it, stand behind the wall where the grenade trap is, and open the door fully, it shouldn't hurt you.
P.S of the P.S: In the future you can equip 2 plates, 2 plates will make it so you can't die to a single grenade trap.

look at handle and click if it shows pushing

Look at the doorknob, if the icon isn't there, take your lockpick out and hold F, afterwards focusing your laser sight on the doorknob, press spacebar and press your body against the door to slowly open it, back away to stop opening it.
