The tournament will have 8 teams of three players each. The first phase of the tournament will not follow a classic format but a point system. Each team will have to fight 3 teams, and at the end of this first phase the four teams that will have earned the least points will be definitively eliminated from the tournament. Also, the two teams that will have earned the most points will have a small advantage in the second phase of the tournament.
Here is how the Team VS Team battles will be played: There will be three BOs, the first one will be a BO3 (without ban system), the second one will be a BO3 (with ban system); and the third one will be a BO5 (with ban system). The two BO3's are worth 10 points and the BO5 is worth 20 points. Before the start of the first BO, each team will have to announce the players' order (the three players must play a BO, which means that none of the three can play twice), for example: "Player 1 will play the first BO3 without a ban system because he only knows how to play the Invoker, on the other hand, Player 2 knows how to play several classes so he will play the second BO, and Player 3 is sure of himself, so he will play the BO5" (it will be necessary to be strategic). Before each fight, each player will be able to ban one of his opponent's classes (except in the first BO); he will also be able to change his class. Each team has a channel to write, and a channel to talk.
At the end of this first phase, the tournament format will be more familiar; semi-final and final. The battles will be identical to those of the first phase of the tournament; the only difference being that the final will be in BO5, BO5 and BO7.
