    Ma si può sostituire facilmente l intuvia 100 con il kiox 300?

      Hi Francesco, our advice is that the support and the connection wiring will also have to be replaced, in this case we advise you to contact your trusted dealer.

    Be lehet állítani a világítást (első és hátsó lámpák), hogy alaphelyzetben ki legyenek kapcsolva? Minden új csatlakozáskor a lámpákat bekapcsolja. Miért?

      Beállítható, de... hiába az okos rendszer, ezt csak az eladó(szerviz) tudja állítani szoftveresen, sajnos a felhasználó nem. Vissza kell vinni a boltba, hogy beállítsák.
      Kérem, a következő szoftverfrissítésbe engedélyezzék a felhasználók számára is ezt a választási lehetőséget. Előre is köszönöm.

      Hello ViczkoZsolt, in this situation, you should go to the nearest service center, which will change the configuration/light settings in your eBike with the help of a diagnostic tool.

    My intuvia 100 won't automatically turn on anymore when I turn my bike on, it turns on for about a minute if i press the button on the back and connects and works fine but says "storage mode" and turns it's self off.
    It's really frustrating

    Mine won't turn on and is stuck on and won't go beyond the "Intivia 100" screen. Any suggestions?

      Hi lukewid, does the rest of your ebike connect to your Bosch Flow app? If not, here is a video guide on how to start ua-cam.com/video/3jP6h1VtaxU/v-deo.html once you are connected to the Bosch Flow app the app will help you with connecting to the Intuvia.     I can‘t remove the Intuvia Display, it won‘t turn anti-clockwise like in 0:34

      Hello crayhd5115, the on-board computer can be secured in place by the locking screw to prevent it from being removed from the holder. Undo the fastening screw of the clamp with a hex key until the holder is able to be

      @@boschebikesystems hi, thanks for reply, the intuvia 100 screen won't come on when you power on the bike. Then when you press the button on the back of the screen it just says "see you". Then switches back off.
      Also I cycled to work yesterday the whole way without assistance because it wouldn't connect to my phone. I restarted the bike numerous times and I also restarted my phone.

      Hello Mathew, please turn on your eBike system. Make sure that Intuvia 100 is fitted on the mount. Replace the button cell (CR2450) of the Intuvia 100. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your specialist dealer : www.bosch-ebike.com/us/service/dealer-search? .
      If you are using the Intuvia 100 for the first time, your Intuvia 100 may not yet be connected to your System Controller or LED Remote. You can find instructions on how to connect Intuvia 100 here : www.bosch-ebike.com/en/help-center/asset-asf-00787 .
