That was giving a way to ask deeper what those peoblem could be. Otherwise I am left speechless about the objective of this video. I have list3ned and followed the parts in the video and what came to my mind was "why this vid3o? what lessons, how could it be useful to one watching or one being interviewed. I am sorry to say, But always draw yo objectives

I don't see very well, but from what I can see there appears to be community degradation where garbage removal is an issue, which if that is the case would breed community depression in an already compromised situation. Consequently, I haven't figured out how the political aspect of how communities/districts work from district to district outside of there are to many disparities between the wealthy & poor.
