I'm wondering for years now what exactly is considered as a 'no skill deck'. Like I get some heavy troops like Sparky, Goblin Giant etc are commonly used in high cost decks but aren't they hard to play in top ranked aswell? For example I'm playing 3 Musketeers, Monk, Battle Ram, hunter, pump, arrwos, heal spirit, knight in ultimate champion. it's an average of 4.3 which is really expensive but makes it hard to not over commit and build a counter push. So is that a 'no skill deck' because it doesn't have like a 2.9 cycle? Or what is the definition of it? Just asking out of curiosity thank you :)
It's a lot easier to quickly pick up a beatdown deck since macro strategy is more important with them, and that generalises more than micro skill. Playing one beatdown deck makes you better at beatdown in general, which means good players can instantly start winning with a new beatdown deck in a way they can't with cycle. They also tend to have more polarised matchups, so there's fewer games that skill can affect.

Goblinstein is one of the best cards against balloon. And you still have arrows, rage and goblin giant.

i have no idea cuz i was running an evo pekka, evo firecracker, ram rider rage deck that i got told was no skill as well
