Very nice house, the only thing i might not like is the placement of the refrigerator. the left hand side door will not be able to open all the way because the wall is in the way.

He mentions $103 sq. ft. To build at the end. At the time this was built did that $103 include the garage or just the home? This is my favorite plan ever and would like to build if the $103 includes the garage.

I have been watching this plan and studying it in order to get the best estimate on cost to build prior to buying the plans. I have purchased a lot in CT and intend to build this plan/home on it. Architectural Designs your estimate please price per square ft not including site work, In CT foundation up ? I have purchased your online estimator and it has provided much insight, as an owner builder I believe the price will vary per sq/ft quite a bit. @@we3k1ngs12 You're correct, the price will vary a good amount. Unfortunately I can't give you an accurate $/sf - best bet would be to reach out to materials suppliers and some builders in the area and see what their ballpark costs are for a home in the 2,100 Sq Ft range.
Sorry. I love the plan but the camera guy needs more training. It would have been nice to see the full front exterior, and he was moving too fast on the inside. He does get better towards the end.
Totally with you - and we appreciate the constructive criticism. Unfortunately, this was an Instagram Live video that was shot on an older iPhone on an overcast winter day....can't do much about that. We are planning to creating higher quality walkthroughs in the future! Hopefully you will check those out 😁

This was built in Mississippi in 2018. That was the entire home, not including appliances.
Glass in door to garage is against code. Great house though. I like it.

The bonus room isn't included in the 2,077 SF, it adds 372 SF to that total.
