For this 2019 General Election, Leading Edge has taken a particular interest in the Brexit Party candidates standing in constituencies who traditionally vote Labour AND voted to Leave the EU in the 2016 referendum.
Many voters have stated how they have lost trust in politics and feel many are simply career politicians who do not represent them.
In this series of twelve interviews, we wanted to get to know those experienced professionals, why they feel they are better placed to represent their communities, why they joined the Brexit Party and what "changing politics for good" meant to them

This doctor is a non white who appreciated this country has done for him and his family hence Brexit party is not racist ..He really believed in democracy that the referendum result must be honoured..

Im white and i voted leave because i do not wish to be an eu empire colony. Im sick if people saying im racist or eu phobic . What this man says resonates with me and i urge anyone who believes nigel farage or the vast majority of leave voters as racist to hear this mans words and think again ?.
