Dotter will not come back for three reasons:
1. She already stated that she won't come back to Melodifestivalen (NF)
2. She said in an interview that she don't like competing with music
3. She is pregnant at the moment, so when Eurovision 2023 is happening, Dotter will be ready to give birth any sec. She might even give birth to her child before Eurovision and need a good rest.

They are defenitly a good choice because they will bring Europe something new and fresh form Sweden. We have never had a true rockband been representing Sweden in Eurovision before (not counting the glamrock we had once) and Normanide has these powerful songs that Sweden been lacking lately.

I see no reason for her to come back, she sucessfully won Eurovision once and have already tried to come back multible times but got such bad support from Sweden that we no longer deserve her. She moved on with her life and is now doing something else. I think she is an actress now but I'm not sure.

She is pregnant so right now it's not a good fit for her to compete in 2023, also she already said she she don't want to compete anymore. Hopefully she will change her mind and be back in the future but if she say NO and really mean it then I'm afraid we will never see her in Eurovision.
