I remember when I did this, I rammed the Stallion from the right side at the very beginning, so that the Stallion collided into the Sabre making both drive down into the river :)

The clothes that they give you are unique.
You get a police uniform, paramedic uniform, pimp suit and a racing suit.
You have to have the gimp suit to have sex with Millie.
The suit that Millie gives you, that's just for Breaking the Bank at Caligula's like shrouwehkuggah said. It's a cook suit to have.
