Hi Tony, thanks for the question. You are hearing the sound from the line out, but I can tell you that the speakers are very full of sound. But that for in a small room or for study with other people in a small group. If you wamt to play in a band or a bigger setting, then I prefer to connect the piano to a mixing console and PA.
