@18:48, the fan level, the gold closest to the entrance has a extra ledge. you might be able to jump that gap using that line of fan. this game is very interesting. love the puzzle aspect. i wish they let you plan things out before sending the people down lol. seeing people falling off the edge feels bad lol.

That's a way off that area, but not on. The way on is to not press the button that creates the platform, and then use the long line of fans to float all the way to the Goldy.
Once they are rescued, you can press the button to build the path to the exit.

I'm guessing these people are already dead, and the dog is like a spirit guide leading them to the afterlife? And they probably just respawn every time they 'die.' No idea what the Goldies represent though.
