Jean, don't be shy girl, i just commented the other day that I'd like to see more of you and Chet together, because that vacation video was funny. I always liked watching Chet and Nikki, and though she's asleep with the Lord, life goes on, and most of us get it, and you and him having a life together is life, and i know many of us would like to see you more. G-d bless you, and best of wishes for your up coming wedding.
The storm that just went through flattened most of our corn we had one Field out an it averaged just under 200 no we’ll be leaving 40-50 bushels on the ground. Amazing how the weather can change so fast. This summer we about called it quits then got 11in of rain. Blessed for what we still have just sucks that it happened.
Chet you always have the best content on you tube you do a great job at keeping it interesting everyone looks to enjoy what they do thanks for keeping it real and fun at the same time
Those types of ATV wheels have been out for many years. The issue you have with them from what I’ve read and talk to others with is that they get packed with mud or snow and then it freezes and then it’s basically an unbalanced mess. So it depends on what you’re using them for.
#1 Please up your bride's allowance so she can get some new "jean's" LOL #2 The way you guys all get along is just unbelievable. #3 The "twheels" look awesome, I can only hope they do not plug up with mud or what not and cause issues. AND last lastly but the most important ,,, your bride is BEAUTIFUL.
They have programs to get Vets back into farming when they are done serving. Farms and vets are a great combo because you know vets can deal with a lot of BS and stress. Growing up on a farm made my time in the military more bearable.
@@gapprs84 from my experience their aren’t special programs for veterans getting into farming. You are somewhat prioritized when it comes to program qualifications. All have to go through USDA office.
Of course now you get rain you’re harvesting why get rain when it’s growing. God bless and stay safe in the fields all of you thanks for all your hard work
Great job "field" testing the tires (call we really callem tires) on the Polaris! Chet it is just wonderful seeing Jean in the combine with you. Blessings to both of you kids!
I have always said it's better to get a dump off in the morning. Muzzleloader opened today in NY and I sure was late do to my dump!😂😂😂 buddy was not pleased. But guess who sat without the awful pain of needing to go for over an hour!!!??? Haha
@@michaelsutherland5848 generally it doesn’t build up too bad, the majority of it passes through. Any anything that did stick on the model I ran washed off with minimal effort as the wheel material was fairly slick
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting. Hello to Jean Marie. Good to see her again on camera. Hi to you. Really really like those airless wheels you are doing demo on the side by side. Guess you can get them for any small vehicle. The demo you did with them looked really good. They take the bumps and such good and no worry about losing Air. Neat tire setup. Like that. Sorry you got rained out of corn harvest. Corn is looking good. Hopefully things will dry up soon and get back to corn harvest. About it I guess. Thanks for everything Chet. Take care and be safe. The Iowa Farm Boy.
I'm sure glad my lovely coop, Agtegra, screws me over every single time I have to deal with them so they can afford to give out Thunder Creek trailers to farmers outside of their operating area!
Super interested to see what you think of the tweels after you use them for a while. I've wanted to get them for my side by side but they are costly so would love to hear more so I can decide :).
I’ve never actually seen Rain so hard it dumps 4 inches in a single hour. And we’ve had water right up to the main bridges in the river valley a few times. It's all the rain in the Mountains and the subsequent deluge from the runoff.
Why do you harvest corn at such high moisture so you have the big expense of drying it down? We had a hobby farm and didn't have dryers so we waited until the moisture was right. I know it might mean harvesting a little later, but for savings isn't that worth it?
That's unacceptable for them to drive down road with door open, they could have at least wiped everything down, what a jackalope lol, thanks for sharing chet,
It is so much easier then it was 40-50 years ago,Throwing bales on a wagon, stacking them in a barn in 120 heat, 4 and 6 row corn pickers, I was a lot more work bake then, Very much enjoy your channel Chet, Doug o you raise one very out standing son.
4:08 BRODeY NOEZ IT IS UNDER THERE NOW GETTIN MOULDY AND DIRTY AND ALL IKKY AND STUFF!!!!! will he be takeing them off to clean that thing UNDER THEM ?????????? :) LOL
We love seeing Jean drop in!
ITS GOOD TO SEE JEAN ON THE CHANNEL AGIN
Wait all year for 4” rain, happens at harvest !!!! Farming gotta love it!
Great seeing Jean again. Don’t be shy!!
Show of hands,
anyone else watching JoJo Snow, and Zack harvesting in Kansas?
It’s nice to see that I’m not the only one who tries to start the separator without opening the bin covers! Every time at the start of the day! 😂

Good video good to see y'all
Those Tweels look like a nightmare for mud. Brody will be a full-time pressure washer
I have tweets front and rear on JD 960Ms love them.
Seeing this versus South Dakota is interesting.
It's the dynamic duo good to see you young lady
When driving back from Texas we saw either Kansas Or Oklahoma Osceola the corn was flat there, not sure if wind or bug damage.
Great job "field" testing the tires (call we really callem tires) on the Polaris!

as always you guys are on the job and at your best look forward to your next video be safe god bless
Great to see Jean.. How is Toby ???
And Melvin too!
Wow. 4 inches of rain. That will fill up the lakes for sure.
Y'all got a friend at 16:13
pooph odor eliminator will help with any smell ... great video Chet and guys. thank you
Your video is very inspiring
Case is going to have to pay Brody's pay to clean that tractor back up
yep I hauled garbage in that all day friday 11 hours 3 inches of rain wonderful
I love running corn combine with a 18 row chopping corn head
Our Wyoming life has been using tweels for a few years now . The rides a little rougher but no flat tires.
We finnaly got RAIN IN IOWA!! No wind thankfully, 3-5 inches though
Are you going to get a snow? 😮 1:36

In the off season you can rent your grain cart out on air BNB!
Yup. Always good to get a Dump off in the morning for sure.
Awesome video guys. 🚜🚜🚜
Rain coming is a great test for the electric tarp on the grain cart.
Enjoyed watching the video Chet 😊

We call it Red Dog. Hated it as well Chet. Made a mess of everything and when you put the defroster on in the truck you got covered again!!!
Happy for you kid 👍
Thank you for making my Saturday. I know you have a lot going on an I truly appreciate you bringing us along with you
Here in Chicagoland we received the same storm and it dumped 6in of rain over 3 days
I'm curious how those wheels will work when they have mud to deal with.

@@Mrbink01I’ve ran them, they’re no worse than normal tires and rims
@@caleboviatt1073 Really? The mud doesn't build up in between the spokes? How does that work?

We put a hitch on our brand new 1396, works so well!!!
Cant wait to see how it runs when all of those holes get full of mud.
Nothing better than a good dump in the morning. After coffee of coarse.
Just wait tell you get those wheels in some thick mud!!!! Good luck.
Send some of that rain our way, central Iowa.
Thanks
Tweels were first designed for cars but didn't worked out. Then I think they started putting them on Deere Zero Turns.
Yeah we had a tornado and I got to stay in the school gym for 1:30 min it wicked
Need to keep a sham-wow in the cabs to clean up the dust!!!
Great video

Got tweels on my Grasshopper.
You didn't see the mouse running at you guys at 16:15 ? 🐁🐁🐁
The mouse is visible between16:02 and 16:15.
I feel like the wind would rip the tarp off the grain cart if its windy enough

I think the tires would be great on a mower, problem with them on the Ranger, they still wear the tread out and the cost is just stupid.
Dang I see it again while you are talking too Dougo
@16:15 or there about. Am I seeing things? Is that a mouse or a leaf tumbling toward the jack .
If we got 4 inches of rain in Alberta in the fall without tile drainage we are really in trouble.

What’s Dougo doing with the Allis-Chalmers WC PTO shaft and shield in the back of the Ranger at 15:11!?!
The first one to get the tweels was Our Wyoming life.
I agree a good dump in the morning is good, and I don’t like Tweels had the on my side by side and took them off after a week
How do those twheels work when you get in the gumbo though?
I do the same brody, just dont let the missus see. Taste good tho
Do you have a leaf blower that can blow the headers off vs a air compressor thanks for sharing this video and good luck with harvest
Industrial air compressor works much better than a leaf blower. Most everyone has the large compressors here!

Chet Dougo Eric Broodie and Chris great job thank you was great going to check out the tires on the side by side rain rain go away.
looks like a mouse @ 16:15, scoping out the new side by side wheels
Need to test them in the mud! Rain + blackdirt = new test proramiters!😂
