I went back 7 years ago to see my uncle and cousins and it’s still the most amazing place and will have my heart forever ! Enjoy making memories while you’re there ❤️

Oh Kate, I really understand when you say "the skiing community is really judgemental", don't worry, I'm and ex alpine skier athlete, I bought a really bougie ski suit, and I also got roasted!! ... so they judge you even when you are part of that "community", ps: they are all probably jealous that you got to go skiing with Goldberg and they didn't. The skiing community often appears judgemental (i think it's not just men btw) because influencers have contributed to inflation of prices, scarcity of accommodation, as well as making pistes crowded (and lift queues super long!) This makes skiing less accessible to those interested in the sport and not the social aspect.
At the end of the day though you went to Courchevel, a popular destination for more than just skiing and with plenty of space for everyone haha

I’m saddened to say, most of the outdoor community (climbing, skiing, biking) come with a lot of toxic judgmental people.
Find the nice people that care and want to teach and help, rather than degrade and judge ❤
The male skiing community is horrible. I’ve seen quite a few creators getting so much hate! It’s not nice at all 😞
