Ab 2024 me wo same story dekhne ka kya matlab. Maine ye film nahi dekhi, but i assume wahi story hai. Hero going to jail for heroine's honor, ghisa pita formula?
Also, two other films, both in the 90s with the same concept, Meera ka Mohan and Karobaar with similar stories. U said 90s wali public ke liye. I am one such guy but even I don't feel interested in watching this movie.

Last night, I saw this fabulous movie. It's a brilliant movie with heart touching songs. I rarely watch movie reviews as I am very selective on movies, and I know what kind of movie I want to watch. I am surprised by her reviews comparing this movie with Singham. But then I do understand Gen Z mental status. It's a slow paced movie like Zakhm and needs a different level of mindset to enjoy this kind of movies

You are only talking nonsence. I really liked this movie. That's why I watched this movie back to back three days. Only 80's and 90's people can understand this movie.
Know this is your personal opinion but I loved this movie. Period!! Agree this movie didnt have that glamour, fights and peppy music but if you've loved someone dearly and lost touch with that person over time due to whatever reason, you will definitely relate to this movie. The pace is definitely slow but that's what makes you feel the pain and situation which the portaganist has to go through. This is a deep story of sacrifices, true love and zero nudity. I dont think anyone else could have played the roles of Ajay Sir and Tabu Maam any better. May be this movie didnt do well commercially but have my word, eventually it will be loved by people in years to come just like Sanam Teri Kasam, Andaz Apna Apna etc which initially performed miserably at block office. If you like mindless comedy, fights and dance scenes, then maam, you dont have a good taste in cinema. Go watch the likes of Jawaan and Pathaan.

Agree this movie didnt have that glamour, fights and peppy music but if you've loved someone dearly and lost touch with that person over time due to whatever reason, you will definitely relate to this movie.
The pace is definitely slow but that's what makes you feel the pain and situation which the portaganist has to go through. This is a deep story of sacrifices, true love and zero nudity. I dont think anyone else could have played the roles of Ajay Sir and Tabu Maam any better. May be this movie didnt do well commercially but have my word, eventually it will be loved by people in years to come just like Sanam Teri Kasam, Andaz Apna Apna etc which initially performed miserably at block office.
If you like mindless comedy, fights and dance scenes, then maam, you dont have a good taste in cinema.
Go watch the likes of Jawaan and Pathaan.

With this review of yours, ma’am you have proven that you don’t know the power of emotions. This movie stood out from run of the mill Bollywood movies and the director showcased his strength of telling a simple story with such depth. I agree it’s not meant for Gen Z but mature people would definitely like this movie.
Sarfira is a masterpiece in terms of acting and story remake nahi hota or 2019-20 me aayi hoti to 250cr+ easily hota or superhit hoti
