She looked over and picked right up but it was noticable. They probabally ran through it just a few times before the show and shes was like "I got this". That's how good she is!

It is rehearsed in a way to make her look like she's picking it up. You can clearly see she knows the moves, especially when she and Todd twirl their hair at the same time 2:30. Maybe not fully but don't be naive and think she got out there clueless.

It was underwhelming live because the choreo is less impressive when it's spaced out like it was, and then he's basically rapping over his own vocals and he was off the beat numerous times. It just wasn't his best.

For anyone saying, the majority of the crowd were much older and weren’t as aware of performers of today. The ceremony itself had a lot of homages to the ones who’ve endured a lot of stonewall and onwards, the performances didn’t land as well as it could have with its audience of today
You don't need to be aware of artists today to appreciate the music. I could listen to music from the 1920s or 3000s and not know anything about them and still get down to them.
