13:02 elle dit "oui région parisienne" donc elle n'est pas dans Paris mais plutôt assez loin. So let's do a little Parisian geography course. 😁 - You have the town of Paris (a circle of 10km as diameter) which is officially divided into 20 districts (from n°1 to 20, 1 is the center and other numbers go like a snail shell starting right then down and going up left). So if you want to be sure someone live truly in Paris you can ask : "Tu vis dans quel arrondissement ?" (What district do you live in ?) and most of the time the answer will be "uh no I mean, I'm in suburb". - So around the town, traditional and non official, there are the suburbs (les banlieues) and we make a difference between the little crown (la *petite couronne* ), it is towns that touch Paris border, then the inner suburb (la *proche banlieue* ) that are less than 10 km away and the outer (la *grande banlieue* ) suburb that can be up to 20 km away. - Then you have the non official Parisian region (la *région parisienne* ) which is from +/- 20km to 50km around Paris. - Then you have the official region " *île de France* " which can go to 80km from Paris. _Note that around Paris is the same as inside Paris, Richest at south-west, then south, south-east and poorest at north and north-east. By the way the France is quite similar._ . So all those people should say they live in Paris (à Paris) to a foreigner but when they say, like her, "région parisienne" it should be quite far away, more than 20km, for example at Roissy (famous airport). So best question should be "tu habites DANS Paris ?" and not "à Paris" and of course, more precise "Tu habites dans Paris ou dans la banlieue parisienne ?" and as I said, if they say I'm in Paris ask "quel arrondissement ?" (which inside district).👍
Sonny, just to clarify, those slangs that the Brazilian guy told you are very regional. So if you talk to someone that are not from the northeast they will probably don't understand you. In my case i never heard "ai dento" before. 😂
@@Cuscuz04 Qual o seu ponto? Se o cara pediu pra ele ensinar expressões regionais, e ele ensinou, qual o sentido de avisar que são regionais? Só pagar de sabichão mesmo né?
I’m learning Lebanon Arabic and it is not half French. Yes, there are some French words and some English words, but it is maybe 2% French words and 2% English words, but 96% is Arabic. I know people from Lebanon and watch videos in Lebanese Arabic and they don‘t use many French words in their language. In Morocco, people use French way more often after what I’ve heard. Young people who live in Morocco use, I assume, 10% French and 10% English. But older Moroccans use less French words and of course no or barely English. In my city in German there are many people from Morocco, we even have a Moroccan quarter. In Germany, we also don‘t speak pure German. We also use many Anglizism (English words) in our language. But nobody would say that German is half English.
To be honest, as a Georgian dude, I admit that our language is hard and sometimes makes no sense. Even people here make a TON of grammar mistakes every day but they get offended when I correct them
