I like to make mini albums and document in traveler’s notebooks so it won’t be too far of a stretch to make a journal. I picked up a free used book and I’m about to put a fabric spine on it. I’m going to go through my stash of papers and make a few signatures adding some junk too. Can’t wait to try it. Thanks

It’s very freeing to not make everything aesthetically pleasing and to be able to use random ephemera/stickers I would never find use for in trad scrapbooking layouts

I’m new to the junk journal process. I’ve made many repurposed old books to document my daughter’s entire dance journey but now I’m just making books of junk and memories and it’s so fun! I worry though, what will the kids do with all these when we’re gone? Will it become a huge burden on them? I know they’ll save the ones filled with photos but the ones filled with actual junk 🤷♀️

I don't know if Michael's is going to stop selling Tim Holtz, but Tim has decided to take a step back for awhile. All the products in the pipeline will continue to be released but he won't be releasing as many new products in the future as he has done for the past several years.

I ask because I started with zero supplies and I haven’t been able to stop buying supplies since I started. It’s become a bit of an obsession and I am on Amazon and Etsy every day looking and more often than not, buying. I am saving scrap paper, Amazon envelopes etc. I have made 2 journals from everyday boxes (cold medicine box and raisin box). Would love some words of wisdom on the topic of over consumption. Hi, I’m about to watch this video but I have a question for you. I watched your video on adding fabric for a spine on 2 used book covers. Is tacky glue a good enough substitute for fabritac glue when adding fabric on the spine? Or would you recommend on fabritac? Thanks

So I looked up journals, happened upon someone making one, and I decided I wanted to make my own journal & write my memories of my husband in it, so here I am working on my own journals
From what I understand Tim Holtz won't be designing anything new but what is popular in his range will still be produced and sold. I haven't fully paid attention to what's going on, I hope someone else can fill in the gaps. Much ❤
