Skilled players who capitalise on this gap will always relate better to the casual players who want to see more than machine-level perfection every video. I was exactly like this when I played this custom for the first time, these patterns are very abnormal at first sight, it took me 2 months to learn 1/3 of the song and even then I still have a lot of difficulty in the other Solos (especially Solo 2 which is Hardest to learn, at least for me) But otherwise this is one of the most impressive customs I've ever played/listened to
