But none has fulfilled eligibilty criteria set by us..After that we have asked the bidders to submit required documents using "seek clarification' tools...Now, my question is after how many days we can re-evaluate ? .Can we now float another tender anticipating that we may not satisfied by the documents submitted by the sellers....Is it possible that in case sellers satisfy our criteria after submission of dicuments then we may proceed any of the two active bid & other bid will expire automatically?
Bhai buyer aapne hi seller ko qualified karta baki kisi ko nhi .....chahe jitana document laaga looo😔 saara game pehale say fixed rehata h ....tum chahe jitana manage kar loo kuch nhi hoota😔
Sabhi bid me yesa nhi he kuchh bids he or sabhi documents sahi hine ke baad bhi buyer agar apko disqualified kare to aap uske khilaf case file kar sakte he as per GFR rul

Gem me bahut dhandhli hai.. ek tender me to qualified ho gya or fir R.A me L1 aa gya.. fir unhone tender hi retender kar diya.. milne jao to andar jane bhi nahi dete defence wale.. bhai itne ghuskhor defence me hai .. sirf local vendors ko hi waha order placed karte hai.. Gem me bahut galat ho raha hai sir.. kuch rasta btaiye taki aise officers ki complaint kar sake

@@bizhelp bhai m n jab pata Kiya tab pata chala waha bids actually buyer nhi khud seller banate h buyer k behalf par jaydatar buyer ko gem chalana nhi aata ya fir commission chahiye hoota h .....isliye seller kabhi bhi tum h qualified nhi hoone deeta😔
iam buyer and going for rate contract for one year for drawing service and i need report for every month. then how can i update delivery days in Consignees/Reporting Officer and Quantity. pls help me on this
