I've been cycling for a long, long time, and I have to say that removing my indoor training tire from the rim was the most difficult tire I've ever had to remove. I think it was because of the rubber compound, combined with a completely inflexible sidewall.

I have been on my trainer since oct 2022 with a few rest days here and there ..and yes I do need to get outside
How do you know what psi a road bike tire needs to be?
4:54 to 5:00 is the best!
tacx smart trainer recommended to inflow the tire to max pressure.. any advice could be helpful

spent weeks trying to put a tire on watched this video only took me 15 minutes to put the tire on by hand .
