Just saw Marty and the boys last night in Ocean City Maryland.. drove a total of 550 miles, one of the best concerts we have ever seen in any genre, and we've seen a ton. They are so fantastic. Just one comment though, I wasn't ready for just an hour and 15 minutes of music. Is that short for him? Was kind of shocked when he ended it I think around an hour and 10 and then to the one song encore.
Kenny is clearly playing live, and there appears to be a Fender Twin behind him, but it doesn't appear that anything is plugged into it. Is his Princeton Reverb behind all of that stuff, mic'ed up?
that's a good question. i don't know why he would hide his princeton. i bet he's running direct through a processor and they set up the amps for looks. i will see them again on 9-30 and i will check it out and ask him if they hang out after the show. the disappeared quick after this show. marty is playing through a twin and you can see the mic.
Kenny is playing thru his 66' Deluxe Reverb with what looks like a Bandmaster/Bassman extension speaker underneath it, Marty is plugged into his early 70's Deluxe Reverbs, I believe one is set up as a spare behind his floor amp. Marty hasn't used a Twin Reverb in a long time.
Right, they both have backup amps right next to what they are using. When I saw them in July they both had deluxe reverb plugged into the extension cabinets
The mic stands right behind his acoustic guitar, you can see a little bit of it. And his guitar is plugged in his pedalboard which stands - unusual for him - right before Kenny in front of his monitor amp.
@@davidhoskins8012.... Not to change the subject, But..... are Marty & Connie still married?..... seems I haven't seen nor heard much from her in the last little while. Did I "miss something"... somewhere?... or am I just completely out of touch?
I have always liked Marty. I watched every show of his and Connie s every Saturday nite. Miss them.
I like the Marty Stuart shows and songs
Sooo good in concert!!
You guys do Leo Fender proud! 👏👏👏
The best sounding show I’ve ever sat thru….hands down. F.O.H. was spectacular.
wasn't it awesome?? i was sitting in a nice cushy armchair that was against the back wall - not a seat they sell. where were you seated?
Seat J-13….right in the middle and 2/3 way to the back. A veritable sonic convergence of Fender perfection. 😉
G-7 and 8 post more videos David.
@@Dsoul51 I am going to their show here in Houston on 9-30. i will get more video then.

Will somebody who was there please post "Me and Paul?" The ending was spellbinding, and I'd give anything to hear it again. What a show!

He had amp problems in Waco , so probably ready to adapt.
