Like I don't see from far it I stopped wearing glasses cauz it make it worst my eyesight so when I listened to this I felt a pressure removing from my eyes and a heaviness in my entire face... Really want to listen for 1h so effective! May Allah heal our eyes and improve our eyesight cauz there some people who lost their eyes because of the evil eyes (everything is possible)

Take sunlight early in the morning
Do outdoor sports too
