Very professionally produced video which included everything anyone would want to know about Basel, Switzerland. A beautiful country with so much history that dates back centuries. Thank you for sharing! Looking forward to your next trip. Till next time, enjoy and keep on trucking!! From British Columbia, Canada!!😊
Wow thank you so much for such kind words! It really is an impressively beautiful country, we can’t wait to visit the rest of it. 😊 All the best to you!
Wow girls! This is one of your best videos❤ Would love to visit Basel after this video. Everything was impressive from the food, swimming in the Rhine, the museums to the beautiful architecture. Especially loved where you traveled to your future selves 💕
Those stairs look very cool, I’m only 5ft 2” I’d be ideal height to run up and down them 🤭🤭 I do wonder when the stairs or steps are so narrow and short in depth were the people way back when short with little feet or was it a lack of material thing. Floating down the river wow what a great experience 👌 Food looks fabulous, great video ladies you both look like you’re having so much fun 🥰🥰
Haha yeah you would be very comfortable going up and down those stairs🥰 Yes!! We wondered the same since the last few weeks we went through a lot of stairs/towers like this. People were smaller back then, but I don't think that much smaller to make these towers that much easier to navigate. It was probably a combination of the two but probably more of a material thing. The river was so much fun and refreshing! 🥰
I used to live in one of those old buildings in the city center. Unfortunately I had a stroke and the building was hundreds of years old, not really wheelchair accessible so I had to move out 😱
Thank you for visiting my lovely wee town. ❤️
This is such a cool video! I am grad you came to Basel! I'be been living here for almost 3 years and love the city (and region) so much!

So sorry to hear that! I can definitely see how they wouldn’t be accessible, unfortunately. 😞
