Dr. David Moody I just came across this 41 second video of you mentioning a previous discussion (a year ago) regarding K’s and Bohm’s agreement (at the end of K’s life) that “nobody seemed to have entirely understood The Teachings”. I reread your book on K and Bohm and watched several presentations of yours on UA-cam from last year. I also had contact with Mr. Miller the Program Manager for the Krishnamurti Education Centre Canada (KECC) who did all he could to assist me. There don’t seem to be any video or written transcripts of the discussion you referred to. Please, will you help me get a copy, either a video or transcript, of that discussion last year (2018?) you mentioned, or any other material regarding this issue? As you said there were “several issues that were not just unresolved…too mild of a word…issues where there seems to be frankly a kind of contradiction or confusion”. After several decades of serious reflection on K’s teachings, many questions and concerns about this matter have come to mind. This is the first time I have heard anyone openly raise this issue and lay ground for the possibly important, vital, far reaching implications and ramifications such an “inquiry” might have. I think that David Bohm’s points about K’s use of language and tendency to overstate or not clearly express matters is at least one related element related to anyone ever, fully, totally or “entirely” (whatever that might be discovered to likely mean) being able to assimilate “The Teachings”. Also what you said, as I recall, about K being one, unlike most of us, “on the other side of the shore” and Bohm being more like “one of us” who have to struggle with understanding his Teachings along with the previous point, may indicate an imbedded flaw, a virus in the program, or as I recall you said Bohm said, might signal “something not complete”, in his teachings. If both of these points (not to mention others) have merit then they could have had and may continue to have negative or inhibitory, less than optimal consequences wherever and whenever anyone, even official K organization representatives, leaders/teachers sincerely and devotedly attempt to convey, express, share, explain or discuss “The Teachings”. Please Dr. Moody, do let me know how I might get a transcript and/or video of your questions, discussions, explorations and inquiry into the question of anyone ever knowing, (past, present or future) “the entirety” of The Teachings.
