It means your thread got caught on the nut and won’t turn due to a mechanical bind. I tried to take out the thread in between the nut and the rod but I’m unable to due to no movement
dear we have a Melco XT stuck in between two needle positions !! How to move it to the right postion (( the shaft did not rotate 360 manually )) the presser foot is down !!
Removing the head was only done to facilitate shooting for the camera. This should only be done by a Certified Melco Technician. It is not necessary for seeing a bind.
