Maybe you need to have a trust-based construct with a Thai lawyer who is the legal owner (trustee) but only in a contract based relation to you, that he - the lawyer - have limited releaserights for selling the property through your mandate. Therefore you could pay a very litle Service Fee to the lawyer monthly or by a bigger onepayment lifetimefee which is regulated in the contract between you and the Thai lawyer. This would only Work with freehold propertys i think.

After you purchase as a foreigner, this will be a beautiful home for your Thai ex-wife after she leaves you and move in her family and new man...
100% accurate. Trust me, there are many foreigners who are naive enough to buy it, lol.
@@paul-q5j Just don't eat the mushrooms, if she offers you some for dinner.
What is the use of buying a house and as an outside we are not allowed to own the land.
agreed, one day gov decides we want that land and thank you for the house ;)

I wonder where the Thais get such prices? In our expensive Europe I can also buy a nice house for that kind of money.
The vis a vis 😮
This same villa was for sale at $380,000 7-months ago. How do you explain that?
Obviously market going up even now it’s a bargain
Instagram of the presenter? She's so cute....
I like her personality and looks better than the other girl. And she likes cooking. So she can cook for me :)
guess they just aren't into enclosed garages in Thailand
It's a really nice house 😊
But the price 😢😢
Same price in Sweden for a house
As a Farang, I wish I could buy it....

Yeah way too much for pattaya.
Should be 300k instead of 400k wait 3 years it will be closer to 300k.
Why?
@censoredeveryday3320 oversupply weaker baht due to yuan and yen printing plus deflation in global markets.
