Why do people just drop rubbish on the ground. It's shocking. They should be fined. The poor shop right at the drain has all the work to do to clear the drain while everyone else just goes about their normal day!!!!

DON'T put the trash back in the water! You have to put the trash in a trash bag or big bucket or else the trash will just float back towards the drain!

They just watch that red plastic spin an the drain and didn't even picked it up,it stayed afloat for a long time I know like what they are doing is already good but at the same time if you're going to do something do it all the way you know
