Love that you are conscious on how to spend your snap benefits. I receive snap for now until I’m back on my feet and keep learning and relearning how to stretch it as much as possible and as healthy as possible for my kids and I. I’ve seen people blow through their food stamps as soon as they get them.

I always see what I have in my kitchen first and then I go from there. I try not to buy too much of the same thing because something always end up not getting ate. But I meal plan for myself because I eat different than everyone else in my house. I eat healthy and they don’t as much.

With no coupons just sells and have a few dollars left
Dinner sounds delicious & yes we have those meals for breakfast and lunch too . Kroger does have good sales . I love shopping there for the sales and I love Aldi too

Yes I got mackerel .Once you mix it with miracle whip , eggs and onions it becomes tuna fish . I like to use mackerel for my tuna sandwiches . May God continue to bless you too 🥰❤️❤️

You are right I think everyone that makes 50 to 60 thousand dollars or less should be able to get 500.00 in food stamps and the ones that makes more 250.00 in food stamps because we are all struggling high and low and then people’s can use their money on their kids some clothes and or taking their wife or husband out on a much needed dinner massage or nice dress alike date because people don’t do that no more and eating healthy is number one sis but I fell short this week not to much but I cheated with a place called potbelly’s it was soooooo amazing my first time ever going there in all the years where I lived here but I will space myself and get back to business no I haven’t tried the pasta salad haven’t been to aldis in 15 years but will be going for the fresh fruit I heard they have and sams soon
