I think they meant instead of Furina being a "fake archon", rather they see her as a real archon, because she did so much for the nation. So this au is basically if focalors had not separated her divinity and created focalors to continue the plan and became Furina (and before anyone comments I believe that furina is the original counterpart as focalors is only the divinity the og focalors had as a successor and furina is basically who the og focalors was on her first day as a human in the end of the day it doesn’t really matter as both of them are still focalors)
If this was canon, and Furina was a REAL HYDRO ARCHON and not acting as an archon, then what happened in the game, I swear I would have cried more, Because I already considered Furina to be a genuine hydro archon, especially since this really happened in game :')

Furina as a human doesn't act like that either. We know she herself is normally elegant and shit too with low confidence. The intire bratty and human thing was the act. So even as a god she would pretend to be this kind to keep the act in check since she had to power the Oritrice
