hey Elliott, that track looks awesome and your riding is fast as always mate I enjoy all your videos. I was thinking of getting back into motocross again, I have not been riding for the past 8 years and realise that I'm gona have to get in pretty good physical condition to ride again. have you any advice or a certain fitness routine that you recommend for getting good endurance to be able to work your way up to 30+ minute track sessions? cheers mate and keep posting the videos there great!
Hi Mate good to hear your thinking of getting back into Motocross again.. I am going to actually put some videos up soon about Mx fitness and Tips. Id say start running or cycling just steady long sessions then add in some hill sprints to get the intensity up there again, Find a 1 minute hill and repeat that 10 times with 2 min recovery
Elliott Banks Browne i look forward to seeing that video as it would be a big help for me. Also yes i have been doing some interval training similar to what you have said as i would run for 1 minute and take 2 minutes at a fast power walking pace, i done this for around 20 minutes today after a legs and chest workout session. I was very out of breathe after doing each sprint which im hoping to get better at also Im currently still suffering from athsma which i feel might hinder me alot when it comes to motocross track days. So any advice would be great. Would you ever consider doing a video on what motocross gear you would recommend to someone wanting to get back into the sport but isnt gona cost alot of money? My head is kind of fried lately because there is so many different types of products out there when it comes to helmets boots and body armour.
My advice is to stop worrying too much about fitness and gear, just get gear and a bike and ride and the rest will follow. The best fitness training is actually riding the bike! Once you start riding you will know what area of the body to train I would say 85% cardio and the rest strength training. High reps low weights and watch that you don't arm pump when training as that will make arm pump on track worse. good luck
Man u are flying the corner speed is unreal fairplay bro

Anybody else thinking "Holyf@ck that corner speed" ?
Has this been made faster ?
why should he ?
its maybe because of the stabilization from the gopro itself that let you think its speed up
Haha No mate, Thanks though hahahaha
Sorry it just looked like it had 👍
Good effort tho 🏁
Matthew Nobby To be fair on phone they always look a bit faster but normally time a lap to be sure..
