I used to throw 3/4 to a ton of this clay a day many years ago, when I was a partner in Coppice Side Pottery. This clay is excellent for throwing and is extremely frost resistance. Bought back some good old memories watching this, nice to see British terracotta being made in the traditional way and someone who can handle a good weight of clay on the wheel.
I know I no supposed to promote myself now. But, If discrimination isn't enough at University then I have to be disregarded as an innovator of screwing pottery.
Excellent. I have 6 hexagonal pots I need for a Georgian house... The house was raped years ago.... Need to know how I can get them made or location used ones

Anyone know how to throw and fire a hexagonal chimney pot?
I wonder if you can contact Gabriel. He may be able to build it using the slab method or refer you to someone who can.
