But just because you catch people going through the motions of witchcraft does not mean that their motions were effective. If I wear a goat's horn, sacrifice an animal and call on the name of Sango, does that mean that I can curse someone? No. It only means that an observer (like you) will see me enacting a ritual. The only way to know that my ritual is effective is if I tell you (before it happens) when, where and how the curse will occur - and I need to replicate the effect.
Take your second example. If I threaten ten people at random with bad luck, I promise you at least one of them will have bad luck in one year. Does that mean I have power to control the spirit? No. If I had so much power, why waste it on you. Why not conjure goodluck for myself? The reason the person's threat came 'true' was by chance. There are many other people whose threats did not materialise, but we forget them and remember only the 'true' ones.

Does a good friend have a dog? Had you been in a situation in which you may have scratched yourself? Has it never happened that you notice a scratch on your body but cannot recall how you got it. If you think carefully, you realise that you got 'scratched' when playing football or doing some housework...

If you have surrendered your life to the Lord Jesus Christ. What Kinds of life are you living? If you are still watching X-ray movies, Sex movies, engaging in fornication or Adultery, telling lies.
