Reset Service Indicator Message or Light 2021 Mercedes AMG GLE 63s, also AMG GT 53 and AMG G 63

The owner's manual and tech support were unable to help me with this. A mechanic showed me how to do this so I am sharing it with you. Note: I never start the car during this process. I start the process with the trip / odometer showing and all doors closed. I lock then unlock the doors with my fob to begin the process. I press the start button once without my foot on the brake. I press the return button on the left side of the steering wheel for 1/2 second then continue and press the touchpad button for 5 seconds. Now I hit the return again to get to the display choices on my dash. I scroll all the way to the left and find the Workshop choice which was not previously shown. Open workshop and go to assyst plus. It tells you to now switch on ignition. Press the start button one more time without your foot on the brake to do this. Go into service and select which full service you did. Confirm the oil type and confirm reset. All done.

Mostly I use Waze. The radar detector helps on country roads in no cell areas.

Glad it helped. I was disappointed that neither the Mercedes dealer nor Mercedes support would give me this information.

@@032170000 yeah they won’t. Because they want to charge $500 for oil change and cabin air filter, then do this procedure. When you can do it for $150.
