I met Evel at a convention in LasVegas in the mid nineties. He was doing a personal appearance, signing autographs. He was drinking a bottle of Michelob and it was about 10am. But he kept the bottle under his podium, the man did what he wanted, but he still had respect for his young fans! Love the Guy!!
I hate you, Evel is my personal hero! Since i was able to ride a push bike, i did jumps as every kid does, but never had the balls like Evel! I wish to meet him like you did!
I met Evel Knievel at Super Joe Einhorns house in San Pablo California , they had great respect for each other’s accomplishments and Evel gave Super Joe the jumpsuit that he would wear on his final jump, I was about ten years old at the time around 1973
Cool, my name is also Brian and I was born in 1973 but Evel was a hero to me growing up, I'll never forget playing with the Evel cycle toy on Christmas as a kid.
I remember my brother taking me to see this at the movies , I was like 7 years old. He was one of my Idols as a kid. I had some pretty bad bike wrecks jumping shit trying to be like him LOL.

Africanus defeats Hannibal at Zama, Tunisia. And, I don't trust him, either. For, he merely defeats him at there, and not home. The proof is in the pudding. Knieval, too, fails to afford the Grand Canyon. And, now, there are no more heroes. Valor is dead

A cinematic masterpiece! Right up there with Casablanca and Olivier’s Richard III!

That's great. I always enjoy watching biopic movies.

I can remember watching those live shows 😬. I always wondered "why"? My parents loved the shows.

To this day the Greatest movie ever made about my hero
I had the '76 evil bike with the plastic tires when I was 4 and remember wearing out the tires
This is just as bizarre as George Hamilton playing Hank Williams.

George Hamilton would have been a great Indiana Jones!😎👍🏻
Elvis broke every bone in Evel Knievel’s body
Balls of steal !!!!!
Era meu ídolo quando eu era jovem e motociclista, eu queria ser igualzinho a Evel Knevel.

couldnt they make a serious biopic back then. Way over the top with stupid humor and garbage exaggerated acting
