mine will charge for like 5 seconds then stops and the play button turns a solid red. i’ve seen a few others have the same exact issue but no fix so far edit: was a bad battery. got in contact with their customer support and they sent me a new battery. was very easy.
@@missGemma08 yes maam. i got in contact with their customer support line, described my issue and they determined it was a faulty/bad battery. they sent me an email after that and if you follow the instructions in the email they’ll send you a new battery for free and it’ll fix the problem. let me know if you need help tho

So this mean if we don't have 2.4GHz, app cannot be used?
